Clients are required to have patch test a minimum of 24 hours before appointment date; Otherwise, will need to sign a waiver.​

 

First time clients, 50% deposit is required to secure bookings, must be paid 48hours before appointment.

​

48-hour cancellation required or loss of deposit.

 

​If 15mins or more late appointment may be considered a No-Show resulting in loss of deposit.

At BTBLDN we understand that colour can alter in appearance after your appointment. I offer a 7-day return policy to rectify any issues.

 

All services are non-refundable.
